Customer Support Representative Responsibilities:
- Handle all customer interactions with the utmost respect and compliance
- Assist customers in enrollment/sales process based on individual client campaigns
- Attend training sessions provided by our Executive team and Clients
- Report on market trends based on customer and community interactions
