We are currently hiring Community Enrollment Representatives to join the team. Our clients require expanding our telecommunications team to provide local communities with an opportunity to stay connected to one another, and their families, and job opportunities by using accessible and affordable technology. The main objective of the Community Enrollment Representative is to qualify and enroll potential prospects and assist them through the sign-up process. 

 

The Community Enrollment Representative will communicate and work with local community members directly, qualify them for the available services, and explain the value and impact these peace of mind products can have. In addition, they are responsible for generating interest and excitement and helping connect the customer to Verizon. We are looking for a passionate, caring individual who can build quick, genuine relationships and has a strong desire to join a company where they can make a difference both in the office and in our local communities. Each Community Enrollment Representative will receive competitive pay, daily training and mentorship from company leaders, and an excellent advancement opportunity.

 

Responsibilities of the Community Enrollment Representative:

  • Engage prospective enrollees in the local community, educate them about Verizon, and assist them through the qualification and sign-up process
  • Qualify potential customers to determine their eligibility for specialized products 
  • Drive a high level of self-generated lead activity to create a referral pipeline 
  • Collaborate with fellow Community Enrollment Representatives and the customer service team to learn best practices and develop streamlined outreach and marketing methods 
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sign-up process, as well as continue to offer support even after enrolling to services
  • Actively contribute to a positive, engaging work environment by collaborating and maintaining professional, friendly relationships across all teams and departments
 

Qualifications for the Community Enrollment Representative position:

  • Associates degree in business, communications, or marketing is highly preferred, but not necessary depending on prior experience
  • At least 1-2 years of customer service, sales, community involvement, or any other applicable experience
  • High level of emotional intelligence and superior communication skills
  • Professional, reliable, and genuine demeanor with a proven track record of building effective relationships with community members, co-workers, and clients 
  • Entrepreneurial-minded with a high level of motivation and desire for growth
  • Highly attentive, excellent listener, and exceptional organizational and time management skills
